Understand the maintenance details of the wire braiding machine
 Hits:612 AddTime:2024/12/10 10:45:34

The maintenance of wire braiding machines mainly includes the following details:

1、 Daily maintenance

1. Cleaning work

After each use, clean the surface of the machine of dust, fiber debris, and oil stains. If these impurities accumulate too much, they may enter the interior of the machine and affect its normal operation. For dust, a clean soft cloth or a small vacuum cleaner can be used for cleaning; For oil stains, specialized cleaning agents can be used to wipe them off.

Special attention should be paid to cleaning the area around the weaving head, unwinding device, and winding device. For example, at the weaving head, fiber debris may wrap around the weaving needle, causing obstruction of needle movement and affecting weaving quality.

2. Check the lubrication condition

Check all lubrication points of the machine, such as bearings, gears, guide rails, etc. Ensure that these parts have sufficient lubricating oil to reduce friction and wear. Generally, lubricating oil or grease is used for lubrication, and the specific lubrication cycle should be determined according to the frequency of use and working environment of the machine.

For example, in high load working environments, it may be necessary to check and replenish lubricating oil daily; In low load environments, it is sufficient to check once a week. If insufficient lubrication is found, it should be added in a timely manner, and appropriate lubricants should be used to avoid mixing different types of lubricants to prevent chemical reactions and damage to machine components.

3. Check the weaving components

Check the condition of the knitting needles. The weaving needle is a key component of the wire weaving machine, and it is necessary to check whether it is bent, damaged, or worn. Slight wear may result in uneven surface of the woven wire; Severe damage may interrupt the weaving process and even damage the wires.

At the same time, check the yarn guide and tension device. The yarn guide should ensure that the yarn can pass smoothly, and the tension device should be able to provide stable tension. If the yarn guide is worn or blocked, the supply of yarn will not be smooth; A malfunction of the tension device can cause unstable yarn tension, resulting in uneven weaving density.

4. Check the electrical system

Check whether the wires of the machine are damaged, aged, etc. Damaged wires may cause short circuits or leakage, leading to safety accidents. Check if the components inside the electrical control box are working properly, such as relays, contactors, etc. Their normal operation is crucial for precise control of the machine.

Check the buttons and indicator lights on the control panel. The buttons should be sensitive and the indicator lights should be able to correctly reflect the working status of the machine. For example, after pressing the start button, the machine should be able to start normally, and the fault indicator light should be able to light up in a timely manner when there is a problem with the machine.

2、 Regular maintenance (on a weekly or monthly basis)

1. Deep cleaning and inspection
Every once in a while (such as one or two weeks), the machine should be thoroughly cleaned. This includes disassembling parts of the machine's casing, cleaning up accumulated dust and debris inside. During the disassembly and cleaning process, be careful not to damage the internal parts of the machine.

At the same time, conduct a more detailed inspection of each component of the machine. For example, checking the heat dissipation of the motor. The motor generates heat during operation, and if the heat dissipation is poor, it may cause damage to the motor. Check if the fan of the motor is running normally and if the ventilation opening is blocked.
2. Calibration and adjustment
Regularly calibrate the wire braiding machine. Including checking and adjusting parameters such as pitch, angle, and tension of weaving. Inaccurate weaving pitch can result in woven wires that do not meet specification requirements; Angle deviation can affect the appearance and quality of wire weaving; Inappropriate tension can cause inconsistent tightness in weaving.

Professional measuring tools can be used for calibration. For example, measuring the weaving pitch with a caliper and checking the weaving angle with an angle gauge. Based on the measurement results, adjust the relevant mechanisms of the machine, such as the transmission device, tension adjustment device, etc., to restore the weaving parameters of the machine to the correct range.

3. Check the transmission system

Check the wear of transmission components such as belts, chains, and gears. If the belt becomes loose or excessively worn, it can cause unstable power transmission and uneven weaving speed. The elongation or damage of the chain can affect the synchronization of the machine, and the wear of gears can produce noise and may lead to a decrease in transmission accuracy.

For worn transmission components, they should be replaced in a timely manner. At the same time, after replacing the components, the transmission system should be readjusted to ensure good coordination between the various components to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

4. Replace vulnerable parts

Regularly replace according to the service life of vulnerable parts. In addition to vulnerable parts such as knitting needles and yarn guides, it also includes some sealing components, rubber pads, etc. The aging of seals can cause dust and impurities to enter the interior of the machine, and the wear of rubber pads can affect the stability of the machine or the tension control of the yarn.

Record the replacement time and model of vulnerable parts for subsequent maintenance and management. At the same time, when replacing vulnerable parts, it is necessary to choose products with qualified quality to ensure the performance and service life of the machine.

3、 Long term maintenance (annual or longer cycle)

1. Comprehensive maintenance

Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the wire braiding machine at annual or longer intervals. This includes a detailed inspection of the mechanical structure, electrical system, hydraulic system (if any), and other aspects of the machine. Professional maintenance personnel can be invited to conduct maintenance to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the inspection.

Conduct performance tests on key components of the machine, such as motors, reducers, controllers, etc. For example, testing whether the power and speed of the motor meet the requirements, whether the transmission ratio of the reducer is accurate, and whether the function of the controller is normal. For components that do not meet the requirements, they should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.

2. Equipment upgrade and optimization

Based on the development of technology and production needs, consider upgrading and optimizing the wire weaving machine. For example, replacing with more advanced control systems to improve the automation level and weaving accuracy of the machine; Or adopt new weaving techniques to improve weaving efficiency and product quality.

When upgrading and optimizing equipment, attention should be paid to compatibility with existing equipment, and operators should be trained to proficiently master the operation methods of new equipment.

3. Anti corrosion and rust treatment

If the wire braiding machine operates in a humid or corrosive gas environment, regular anti-corrosion and rust prevention treatment should be carried out on the machine. Anti rust paint or oil can be applied to the metal surface of the machine. For rusted parts, rust removal treatment should be carried out first before protection.

Metal components inside the machine, such as shafts, screws, etc., can be protected with rust inhibitors. At the same time, attention should be paid to maintaining a dry and ventilated working environment for the machine to reduce the possibility of corrosion and rust.
