Key operating points for high-speed weaving machine start-up and operation standards
1、 Confirm before startup
Wear tight fitting work clothes, tuck long hair into a work cap, and strictly prohibit wearing gloves, scarves, or jewelry.
Clean up the flying flowers and debris on the machine, check that the protective cover, safety door, and interlocking device are intact and reliable.
Check the spindle, yarn guide, and threading wheel for burrs and wear, and ensure that screws, belts, and fasteners are not loose.
Confirm that the lubricating oil level is normal, the yarn is arranged neatly, the tension is uniform, and the tube is securely fixed.
Check that the electrical circuits and switches are intact, the site passages are unobstructed, and the ground is free of oil stains.
2、 Startup operation specifications
Turn on the power and jog the test machine 1-2 times to observe for any abnormal noise, jamming, or collision.
Run at low speed without load for 3-5 minutes, check if the spindle is running, the whole machine is vibrating, and the lubrication is normal.
Gradually increase the speed without any abnormalities, and it is strictly prohibited to drive directly to the maximum speed at once.
After the speed stabilizes, fine tune the yarn tension and weaving position to confirm that the product pattern and density are qualified.
3、 Key points of operation during operation
During equipment operation, it is strictly prohibited to reach into the weaving area, spindle rotation area, or near the traction roller.
During operation, it is not allowed to clean flying flowers, adjust guide yarns, tensioners, or molds by hand.
Real time inspection: Check for broken wires, tangled yarn, jumping strands, pilling, deviation, abnormal noise, and odor.
Always observe the temperature rise of the spindle and the sound of the bearings running, and pay attention immediately if overheating or shaking is found.
If you need to change specifications, adjust tension, or adjust gears, you must stop the machine and cut off the power before operating.
It is strictly prohibited to operate at excessive speed or load, and it is strictly prohibited to remove protective covers for production with defects.
4、 Emergency operation for faults
If there is wire breakage, jamming, abnormal noise, smoking, or severe vibration, immediately press the emergency stop button.
After stopping the machine and cutting off the power, handle the yarn connection, clean the stuck yarn, and troubleshoot. It is forbidden to reach out and handle with electricity.
Failure to troubleshoot or confirm safety, unauthorized restart and startup are prohibited.
5、 Normal shutdown specifications
Slowly slow down first, then stop the machine after reaching a low speed, and do not stop immediately.
Turn off the main power and clean the machine of flying flowers, broken yarn, and surrounding debris.
Check the status of vulnerable parts, spindles, and yarn guides, and keep records of operation and shift handover.
