Complete adjustment process of special fancy series high-speed weaving machine

The adjustment of special fancy high-speed weaving machines (jacquard/inlay/relief/multi pattern rope/weft knitting fancy machines) is divided into eight modules: mechanical calibration before startup, yarn tension system, pattern cam/electric control pattern setting, density pulling, spindle transmission, yarn guide positioning, speed matching, and trial weaving fine adjustment. The core difference of fancy machine models lies in an additional set of pattern selection mechanism, multi-color yarn guide, and differential weaving adjustment. The following step-by-step practical adjustment is carried out:
1、 Basic mechanical calibration before startup (necessary to prevent needle collision and yarn breakage)
Whole machine cleaning and lubrication
Clean the spindle disc, cam track, needle bed, and yarn guide hole of flying oil stains; Add specialized weaving machine oil to the spindle, spindle pulley, and machine head slider, and lubricate the patterned cam slide with special attention to avoid stuttering during pattern switching.
Adjustment of Transmission and Ingot Belt Elasticity
Loosen the screw of the ingot belt adjustment support, press down the ingot belt, and the standard sinking amount is 8-12mm; Excessive looseness, high-speed jumping, and misaligned patterns; Tight, overheating, and wear. The tension of each group of spindle belts in the multi spindle fancy machine is uniform to ensure synchronous operation.
Needle bed/knitting needle alignment calibration
Rotate the hand cranked spindle at low speed and check that all needles are not bent or missing; The left and right gaps of the needle bed are uniform, and the patterned jacquard needles are triangular without burrs; Adjust the needle bed fixing pad to ensure that the needle hook position is centered and does not rub the yarn guide.
Adjustment of wire breakage sensing switch
Align the broken wire pendulum with the sensing contact point, and when the yarn is pulled normally, the pendulum will leave the contact point; After the wire is broken, the pendulum droops and triggers the shutdown. The fancy multi yarn machine has independent sensing and individual fine adjustment for each path to avoid accidental shutdown.
2、 Adjustment of yarn tension system (fancy multi-color core, key to uniform pattern)
The fancy machine has multiple independent tensioners, and the tension of each colored yarn must be consistent with a deviation of ≤ 5%
Single tension knob adjustment
Tensioner clockwise=increase tension, counterclockwise=decrease; Coarse yarn and stretch yarn are moderately enlarged, while fine yarn and cashmere yarn are reduced.
Texture standard: There is slight resistance when pulling the yarn by hand, and the yarn slowly rebounds after releasing it. The best gap between the spring bracket and the tension frame is 10-20mm.
Multi channel tension balance calibration
All color yarn tubes have a uniform height, and the guiding porcelain eyes are on the same horizontal line; If one side of the pattern is floating and the other side is too tight, adjust the corresponding road tension separately for multi-color inlaid flowers.
Fine tuning of yarn damping
High speed fancy weaving opens the damping disc, moderately increasing the damping of complex large patterns to suppress high-speed yarn shaking and jumping; Simple plain weave pattern damping adjustment reduces efficiency.
3、 Fancy Function Cam/Electronic Pattern Program Adjustment (Unique to Fancy Machines)
1. Mechanical cam type fancy machine (relief, overhead, false flower, jacquard switching)
Multi functional cam lever on the side of the body, corresponding pattern for gear position:
Position 0: Basic flat needle, base weaving
T gear: circular pattern, hanging loop fancy
SJ file: elevated, hollow, double-sided fancy
L gear: Fake flowers, partial floating patterns
F gear: Full width jacquard, multi-color pattern
Relief pole: relief weaving downwards, other patterns upwards; After switching the pattern, it is necessary to manually rotate it for 2 turns to confirm that the cam is in place and prevent random patterns.
Side cam triangle gear: triangle=normal weaving; Circle=pause the weaving of the corresponding needle and create a hollow effect.
2. PLC touch screen electronic control fancy machine (mainstream high-speed models)
Import fancy files from a USB drive and load the pattern program into the control panel;
Basic pattern parameter settings:
NP coil length: The larger the value, the longer the coil and the looser the fabric; Reduce the numerical value appropriately for fancy three-dimensional patterns, making the patterns more three-dimensional;
YD guide yarn edge distance: Adjust the distance between the guide yarn and the fabric edge to prevent missing flowers and rough edges on fancy edges;
Cycle Count RS: Set the length of the repeated cycle segment for the pattern;
Split/Wide Pattern: Open the wide connection mode, synchronize the double needle beds, and produce double parallel patterned belts;
Save the pattern formula and switch patterns without resetting parameters repeatedly.

4、 Adjustment of weaving density and tension winding system
Density dial adjustment
Align the scale number with the reference V port, the larger the number, the tighter the fabric; The density of fancy three-dimensional jacquard is 1-2 levels higher than that of plain weave, avoiding pattern collapse and blurred patterns.
Pulling roller tension adjustment
The variable frequency knob of the traction motor increases the tension of the fancy thick fabric, while the thin hollow pattern reduces it; Standard: The fabric should be pulled out smoothly without stretching or deformation, and without wrinkles or rolled edges.
Constant tension adjustment for winding
The winding tension is linked to the host speed, and the high-speed pattern gradually increases the winding force synchronously; The finished product is stretched and the pattern is deformed due to being too tight, while the loose layer of the coil material is misaligned due to being too loose.
5、 Multi color yarn guide positioning adjustment (key to inlay and multi-color patterns)


Fancy inlaid yarn guide
Replace the corresponding fancy special yarn guide (embedded flower type 2 compatible with the new electronic control machine);
Loosen the fixing screw of the yarn guide and make slight adjustments to the left and right to ensure that the yarn guide mouth is aligned with the center of the needle hook, with a height gap of 0.3-0.8mm;
Multi colored guide yarns are arranged in a staggered manner, without interfering with each other, and there is no collision when switching patterns and swinging;
Guiding yarn braking parameters: Increase the braking appropriately for complex patterns, and do not shake or tangle at high speeds.
6、 Segmented adjustment of spindle weaving speed (fancy weaving is strictly prohibited from directly reaching full speed)
Start the machine by idling at low speed (rated 30% -50%) for 3 minutes, and observe the formation of the pattern without any yarn jumping;
Simple small flower: gradually increase to 60% -80% rated speed;
Complex jacquard, hollow relief, and ultra-fine yarn patterns: maximum rotation speed not exceeding 60%, slow cam switching, misaligned patterns, and broken yarns;
The electronic control panel can be separately set with low-speed flipping and jacquard sections, and high-speed ordinary weaving sections, balancing quality and output.
