Check for any deformation, breakage, or burrs on the crochet hook, sinker, and presser foot; Replace the needle immediately if it is crooked or damaged. Lubrication inspection Check the oil level in the centralized lubricating oil tank, and replenish the special lubricating oil for the crochet machine in a timely manner if the oil level is below the scale line (it is forbidden to mix gear oil and waste engine oil). Replace the worn-out grooves on the guiding porcelain eyes in a timely manner to prevent continuous breakage of the yarn. Do not operate at overload and overspeed for a long time; Stop the machine for inspection in case of needle skipping or sparse gear, and prohibit production with defects. Key point: Oil stains falling onto finished woven tapes/feather yarns are considered significant quality defects. 3、 Post shift maintenance (after shutdown) Whole machine cleaning with flying flowers Use a brush and vacuum cleaner to clean the needle bed, cam area, traction roller, and yarn separation reed flying flowers; Prohibit high-pressure air guns from blowing directly into bearings and servo motors at close range. Clean the traction roller and rubber pressure roller Remove adhesive yarn fluff and oil stains; Rubber rollers should avoid contact with solvents to prevent aging and swelling. Lubrication Closing Drive at low speed for a few turns to evenly distribute the oil on the sports pair; It is recommended to apply a thin layer of anti rust oil to crochet hooks and metal moving parts during long-term shutdown. Disassemble and inspect the wear of the cam and the clearance between the swing arm bushings. If the clearance is too large, replace the bushings in a timely manner. Comprehensive calibration of the whole machine synchronization: crochet loop forming time, settling plate matching timing (must be calibrated after maintenance and long-term high-speed operation).
