1. Production process operation procedures The semi-finished products to be knitted are fixed on the pay off frame, the pay off reel is fixed, and the tension is adjusted. The cable core is drawn out from the pay off reel, enters through the main machine at the bottom, passes through the center hole of the reel surface through the guide wheel, and then leads to the take-up reel after several circles of the traction wheel. The position of the guide wheel shall ensure that the cable center can pass through the center of the reel surface, and the traction gear shall be selected and installed. Install the spindle with wire connected into the shuttle. After the aramid knitting machine is checked correctly, the machine can be started for a period of time and then stopped. The weaving machine can measure whether the knitting outer diameter, knitting pitch and other process parameters meet the process requirements, and normal production can be carried out only after they are qualified.

2. Quality control in production In the weaving process of high-speed knitting machine, the machine stops suddenly because the thread is broken or the thread has been used up. After the corresponding disposal, the machine can be started to continue weaving. In the weaving process of carbon fiber knitting machine, if it is found that the shielding layer being woven does not meet the specified requirements, it is necessary to stop at any time to remove the knitting of the metal wire on this length, and then return to normal weaving after disposal. In strict accordance with the requirements of the process card issued to the workshop machine, the process parameters of 3D knitting machine are controlled, and the inspection records are made. A complete reel requires one end to the bottom. If there is a joint inside that needs to be cut, the reason must be indicated in the middle of the mark, and the length of the front section must be indicated. The arrangement line shall be neat and tight, and there shall be no cross phenomenon of rise and fall.
