The warp opening angle shall be determined by the opening height of heald, the moving distance of reed and the height of shuttle. 5、 Nylon rope tightness control: it is proposed to use nylon rope to connect heald and air cylinder. Due to its own characteristics, nylon rope will stretch after being used for a period of time. The nylon connecting bolt shall be tightened. 6、 Weft tension control: using friction structure, the yarn tension is adjustable. 7、 Shuttle movement mode: glass yarn is easy to fuzz due to friction, which affects weaving and product performance. Therefore, the best scheme of shuttle movement is to hang in the air and pass through the opening. 8、 Weft shaft capacity: weft shaft capacity affects the number of continuous weft beating. The height and diameter of weft spindle are affected by the height and width of shuttle bed. 9、 The beating up force control is to use cam beating up. 10、 Warp let off control: it adopts the form of warp stop, which can accurately control the yarn tension. |
