The inspection items are mainly based on the product standards, such as smooth and round surface, uniform luster, no core deflection, no mechanical damage, no pressure deflection, etc. The conductor and insulator or sheath and insulator are not allowed to adhere. The braided layer should be uniform, and there should be no obvious yarn leakage, yarn running, yarn breaking and other problems. The conductor shall be free of oxidation, and the tinned conductor shall be free of tin leakage or tin bumps. 1. Check the quality with three quality inspection methods: look, feel and compare. 2. Then look at the appearance quality. The belt surface should be smooth and free of defects, wrong yarn, small yarn, color pattern, hemp belt, flat belt, insufficient stretch and insufficient diameter. 3. Also check the operation of the machine, and check the operation of the rubber thread, weft thread and coiling. The broken wires and sundries on the equipment shall be handled in a timely manner to prevent the equipment from being brought into the machine by the rotating parts, which may cause the equipment to fail to rotate or the dial plate to be misaligned, causing the spindle to move and get stuck, which may seriously affect the service life of the equipment and the quality of production. |
