| Sharing of safety points during operation of weaving machines: 1. Refuel at least once per shift to ensure sufficient flexibility of the operating components, in order to avoid overheating or abnormal wear of the transmission components and reduce the service life of the equipment. 3. Fix the semi-finished product to be woven on the wire rack, fix the wire reel, and adjust the tension. The cable core is released from the pay-off reel, enters from below through the host, and passes through the center hole of the disc surface through the guide wheel to the traction wheel for several turns before being led to the take-up reel. The position of the guide wheel should ensure that the cable center can pass through the center of the disc surface, and the traction gear should be selected and installed. Install the spindle with the metal wire already connected into the weaving shuttle. 4. Turn on the power, press the "Start" button, and after the rope belt is sent out of the guide device, check whether the belt meets the pattern direction, diameter size, etc. After meeting the requirements, adjust the speed to the position of the process speed. The inspection items are mainly based on product standards, such as smooth and round surface, uniform gloss, no deviation from the core, no mechanical damage, no pressure deviation, etc. The conductor and insulator, or the sheath and insulator are not allowed to adhere, and the woven layer should be uniform without obvious problems such as yarn leakage, running, or breakage. There should be no oxidation phenomenon on the conductor, and there should be no tin leakage or tin bumps on the tinned conductor. 1. Check the quality using three quality inspection methods: look, touch, and compare. 2. Looking at the appearance quality again, the surface of the tape should be smooth and free from defects, including incorrect yarn, missing yarn, color patterns, hemp tape, flat tape, insufficient stretching, and insufficient diameter. 3. Also check the operation of the machine and check the operation of the glue thread, weft thread, and coiling. Timely handle broken wires and debris on the equipment to prevent them from being brought into the machine by rotating components, which may cause the equipment to not rotate or cause the dial to be misaligned and cause the spindle to move and get stuck, seriously affecting the equipment's lifespan and production quality issues. |
